Contemporary home renovation for listed townhouse

Our clients had tired of their dated interior and asked the nest team round to work their magic and create a beautiful home renovation for their pad in Glasgow's West End

The Challenge

Our clients have a 3 level triplex apartment in Glasgow’s Park Circus. Space is at a premium inside the property and our team worked to a tight deadline to carry out the work quickly and professionally. As per usual, we scheduled each trade to follow on from the preceding one to ensure continuity and progress whilst on site.

The Solution

We designed a new kitchen and bathroom, installed new oak flooring, rewired, plastered, decorated, carpeted and upgraded the central heating system. We removed the dated brass handrail and installed a frameless glass balustrade on the mezzanine level. Muted greys from Farrow and Ball adorn the walls and a deep grey carpet covers the staircase and hallway.

The Results

The apartment has been completely transformed and Anne and Derek now have a property where they can relax and enjoy their weekends in Glasgow.
